This website provides general information about BlueSole and its proposed or available services. Content is not financial, legal or regulatory advice and does not constitute a binding service offer.
Payment infrastructure
BlueSole provides technology and integration services. Payment acceptance, fund processing and settlement are performed by RBI-authorised partner networks and remain subject to partner onboarding, approval, terms and availability. BlueSole does not represent through this website that it is itself a payment aggregator or bank.
Commercial arrangements
Access to payment infrastructure requires a separate commercial arrangement and any necessary partner approval. Product descriptions on this website do not guarantee eligibility, transaction limits, settlement timing, commercial terms or uninterrupted availability.
NovaShort partner programme
Partner participation, qualifying activities, attribution, commission amounts and payout schedules require a separate written agreement. References to NovaShort do not imply ownership by BlueSole. The Google Play product and its availability are controlled by its listed developer and platform.
BlueSole AI Assistant
BlueSole AI Assistant is currently presented as a product concept in development. Features, release timing and availability may change and no launch commitment is created by this website.
AML / CFT notice
Where a proposed payment use case is routed through an authorised partner, onboarding and ongoing activity may be subject to the partner’s anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, know-your-customer and risk-control requirements. BlueSole may decline or discontinue technical support for a use case that is unlawful, prohibited by a partner or inconsistent with applicable compliance requirements.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website or seek to use BlueSole services for fraud, deception, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorised financial activity, infringement, harmful code, system interference, unlawful content or any activity prohibited by applicable law or an authorised partner. Attempts to misrepresent business identity or transaction purpose are prohibited.
Intellectual property and external links
Website content and BlueSole branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. External websites and app-store listings are operated by third parties; their terms and privacy practices apply when you visit them.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, BlueSole is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, third-party service availability or external links.
Changes and governing requirements
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version here. Separate service agreements and authorised partner terms will govern actual service delivery and take precedence where applicable.
